Q: Are you accepting new patients?

A: Our practices are closed to new patients. We may make exceptions for patients referred by either established patients or providers we work closely with.

Q: Do you take my insurance carrier?

A: Dr. Ronald Sue and Dr. Eric Sue are both out-of-network with all insurance plans, including Medicare.

Q: Which hospitals do the doctors have privileges at?

A: Both physicians are affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Both offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. We are closed for lunch between 12:00pm - 1:30pm.

Q: What is the parking situation?

A: The parking entrance to the office building is located off Century Park East. The first hour is your responsibility, to be paid directly to the parking services on level P1. The second hour is complimentary. Street parking is also available a few blocks away.

Q: Is an internet-based patient portal available?

A: No.
