FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I know which Dr. Sue I should see?
A: Dr. Ronald Sue and Dr. Eric Sue accept new patients by referral only. If you have a direct referral, please contact the doctor that your referral source recommended.
Q: How can I schedule an appointment?
A: For Dr. Ronald Sue, call 310.556.2244. For Dr. Eric Sue, call 310.556.1800.
Q: Do you take my insurance carrier?
A: Dr. Ronald Sue is a fee-for-service provider only. He does not accept any insurance plans, including Medicare.
Dr. Eric Sue is in-network for select Anthem Blue Cross plans and is also a Medicare provider. The best method to verify if we accept your plan type is to contact your insurance company directly and check eligibility.
Q: You are not in-network with my insurance. Can I still be your patient?
A: Yes. Many patients remain with our practice despite being out-of-network given the consistent high-quality care and service that we provide. Payment is expected at the time of service. Generally healthy patients find that with a high-deductible health plan and a tax-advantaged account, like an HSA or FSA, their annual out-of-pocket costs are comparable to seeing an in-network provider.
Q: Which hospitals do the doctors have privileges at?
A: Both physicians are affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Both offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Q: What is the parking situation?
A: Building parking is mandatory valet; there is no "self-park." The first hour is paid by the patient. The second hour is complimentary. Street parking is also available a few blocks away.
Q: Is an internet-based patient portal available?
